Shipping prices outside Sweden

•Change country/market (see flags) to see shipping prices and shipping services outside Sweden.

•We currently deliver within the EU, Europe, North America and Australia

Delivery methods and delivery times within Sweden
•Post Nord, trackable (parcel agent or to mailbox) 2-4 working days

Important information!

  • We cannot cancel an order after it has left our warehouse.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to payment authorization and/or stock availability.

  • Delivery to remote locations may take longer.

  • We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

  • In the event of order refusal or failed delivery due to incorrect or inaccurate information provided, we will deduct shipping costs and any additional fees, such as import taxes and duties, from your refund.

We cannot provide price adjustments or price match for items purchased at full price and then go on sale.

Returns

How do I make a return?

  • We recommend that you send your return with a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost items. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. All products must be returned unused, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. Our return period is no longer than 14 days from the date the order was delivered. Customers are responsible for returning and packaging the items.

 

Refund

  • We aim to process your refund within 3 business days of receiving and approving your return, back to the same card/account you used to place your order. Refunds usually take 1-2 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. Please note that the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Refund processing times may vary by region.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our stated conditions for an approved return.
