1. Orders and Pricing

  • Purchases can only be made by individuals over the age of 18.

  • All prices include VAT.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors or incorrect product descriptions.

2. Payment and Delivery

  • Payment is made using the methods available at checkout.

  • We aim to deliver orders within 2–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on the chosen delivery method.

  • We only deliver to the countries listed on our website.

  • If an order cannot be delivered, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase and issue a full refund.
     

3. Returns and Claims

  • You have 15 days to return an item from the date of delivery.

  • Returns are only accepted if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days and include photos of the issue.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or damage.

5. Force Majeure

  • We are not obligated to fulfill agreements if prevented by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, or technical issues caused by third parties.
     

6. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law.

  • Please contact our customer service first to resolve any issues or disputes.

  • If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to a Swedish court or to alternative dispute resolution through the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
     

7. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.

  • The latest version is always available on our website.
